Quote requests and reservations

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Your trip is confirmed only after you receive confirmation directly from Pearson Limo and Tours.

Availability, vehicles and pricing are confirmed directly with you by our team before any reservation is finalized.

Vehicles

We provide Chevrolet Suburbans, GMC Yukons and Cadillac Escalades. Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability and confirmed with you before your reservation.

Deposits

A deposit may be requested to secure certain reservations, such as weddings, special events and peak travel dates. Any deposit details are confirmed with you directly before your booking is finalized.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms are confirmed with you when your reservation is arranged. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Conduct and care

We ask that passengers treat vehicles and chauffeurs with reasonable care and respect. Costs arising from damage caused by a passenger may be the passenger’s responsibility, as discussed at the time.
